MILAN JUDGE OF PEACE judgment of 04.27.2021
The Justice of the Peace with sentence of 04.27.2021, annulled the expulsion decree issued against a Gambian citizen who, even without a residence permit, had represented and documented in the opposition judgment that he had reached a stability such as to bring out - if compared with the situation of his country of origin - an effective and unbridgeable disproportion between the two contexts of life in the enjoyment of fundamental rights so as to provide, in case of return home, a sure compromise of the right to private life.
